I am
Meggie
I am so happy that you found me.
I am a doula and certified yin, pre and postnatal yoga teacher.
I love to accompany women on their journey, the journey from Maiden to Mother.

I am mom of 3 wonderful mice and 2 star children. I see my job as a doula more as a calling. I have always been very enthusiastic when it came to the subject of pregnancy and childbirth. This oxytocin high has become the order of the day and I can never get enough of it. My first pregnancy and birth were very traumatic, so much so that I considered having more children
I am a passionate doula and yoga teacher and a servant of women and not of the system. That's why it's so important to me that you believe in yourself as an expert on your body.
Every pregnant woman should be able to experience a self-determined, fearless and powerful birth. No woman should experience childbirth full of fear, humiliation and powerlessness. Unfortunately, I completely adopted the indoctrinated beliefs of obstetrics at my first birth and did not question them. So I didn't believe in myself, my body and my strength as a woman and was released !
That's why I want to encourage you to get to know your inner power, so that you can go through pregnancy and birth feeling empowered, self-confident, and free of worries and fears.
I would like to share my knowledge about conception, pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth with you, so that you can acquire extensive knowledge and take radical responsibility for yourself.
facts about me
My favourite music
I like listening to reggae and latin music. But the good old Rn'B songs still catch me.

I do it with pleasure
I absolutely love to dance, sometimes just really wild and crazy. I realized how liberating that can be. I would also describe myself as a little bookworm.

How my friends describe me
Caring & loyal

My biggest wish
To live in my house by the sea. Open the door and feet in the sand!

What I would like to do more often
Intense yoga sessions. Unfortunately, with 3 children, I often lack the time to do long yoga sessions

What grounds me
When I walk barefoot through the forest and breathe deeply in and out.

My motto
Why not? You only got one life
