is a sentence that many women say to themselves like a mantra up until the birth, but unfortunately very few of them end well when it comes to the birth.

It matters how we are born and certainly not how we give birth. Giving birth crosses a threshold that changes your whole life. No one can change this event in retrospect. It will shape you and your child for life and be present, so you shouldn't leave it to chance how it ends.
